Help turn our customers' visions into reality. This position is responsible for the product feature planning and execution for the feature development throughout the product life cycle, including: gathering and prioritizing feature specifications in relation to all product development and validating the feature meets the customer business goals, and working closely with feature stakeholders, developers, sales, customer support to ensure feature is released successfully.
The Product Coordinator will also work to define and apply a product vision and will have expert knowledge of the product and how the customers interact with the product. They will also understand data quality issues and identify when there are data quality problems with the product and suggest remedies.
Responsibilities
- Core Understanding of Audience Measurement calculations and TV Essentials Sites
- Manage Product Dashboard (feature development Priorities): Work with Project Manager to maintain the product dashboard, update with feature status and dependencies
- Report on feature development status and costs
- Create Report Prototypes from system data: Define data pulls for report proof of concepts. Create report detail specifications, and manage the sign-off of specifications
- Work with developers for the development of the product feature; coordinate the review process of the report before installation
- Facilitate release of product feature: coordinate the completion of the help text, release training if needed
Requirements
- Associates Degree (AA) or equivalent from a 2-year college or technical school; or 6 months to 1-year experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Must be proficient in Excel and able to do Pivot Reports
- Ability to write Technical Specifications
- Understand testing concepts of product features
- Familiar with web site tools and standards
